@TheDiamondRafi.. You are correct.. He has sang very few songs in Hindi..
May be accent.. Then there were established singers at that time Rafi,
Kishore who were as good or even better where Film music is concerned. But,
I still consider him the best when it comes to songs more classical..It is
more of personal choice, just like you. :) He has sang over 40K songs in
other languages and won 7 national awards. Friend, He may not have done
these if he was not good.. ;)

Dont try to compare legends, M Rafi would have found it extreamly difficult to sing a song in Malayalam or for that in any south indian language, while it is commendable for Yesudas to have sung with success in Hindi as well. So dont compare !!!
