WOW!!! Unbelievable!!! This was incredibly awesome! I know that I know
nothing about bollywood dance but even I can see that Madhuri is better
than Aish. Aish is just pretty and that's as far as it goes! I heard those
dresses weigh 65 pounds. Is that true? So what is this movie about? Where
can I find it... in English? Wow, they say Indian is the new black, you can
see why...

Madhuri Dixit is a superb and natural dancer, she is beautiful and has that
passion for dancing. You can see it through this song that she puts in so
much effort despite the heavy dress and the tiring choreography. Hats off
indeed to Madhuri, the dancing bollywood diva.

Everyone always says that this version of Devdas isn't that great and that
the classic feel of this movie was destroyed. This is not true at all. This
take is extremely brilliant and the director went with full force on his
interpretation of this epic story. He wasn't afraid to unleash the larger

@nakshasharma I think they're BOTH beautiful. :) You're right about
Aishwarya's moves being bigger and more exaggerated than Madhuri's, though.
But I'm not so sure if that's a bad thing or not. ^^ Where Madhuri dances,
as you said "like flowing water", Aishwarya is more aggressive and dynamic-
I have just as much fun watching her dance as I do Madhuri! They both dance
beautifully, and I definitely wouldn't begrudge Madhuri her title as a
legendary dancer, but Aishwarya is definitely skilled too!

Aishwarya is an AMAZING Dancer/Actress. I won't deny that madhuri is also
great because in the 80's/90's bollywood was all about dance numbers. But
Aishwarya definatley gave Madhuri a run for her money in this one, yes she

@hpwizardry you have to keep in mind that Aish was much younger and
rehearsed much longer according to the choreographer. Madhuri was pregnant
and was doing some of the moves on the spot in order not to tire herself.
They did a live performance of the song few years ago on a tour and Madhuri
completely outdanced Aish.
