Well In parts of rajasthan and saurashtra(guj) it is very common for clouds
to appear as if they r gonna rain and especially if its a famine, just a
sight of clouds actually gives hope it may be over but if its too windy the
clouds pass by without showering. You can laugh on the situation becoz u
may have never seen it or experienced it but it happens.
