We in India have Kalavati too which is as you have described. But this song contains re teewar (or shudh as we call it over here) in "kyun" , the later part of "na" and the later part of "ja" in the second line.
This is typical of janasammohini. And when the song ends , Ravi shankar ropes in komal ga also!

Fabulous. Very moving. At the end of this sequence, the panel of medical
specialists who have arrived at Balraj's house to confer an award on him
for outstanding medical service, decide to give it to Leela instead, for
her supreme sacrifice & devotion in her husband's cause. Very touching. A
'must see' movie directed by the unforgettable Hrishikesh Mukherjee.
