No depth, just enunciations of vocals and playing against good sounding
instruments doesn't bring the essence of the song. It's to be heard as a
folkish tune and Gurdas Maan has done full justice, no one can match!!

dear friend... 1st of all her voice is not that good..i agree that the
arrangements are good but the entire song is the massacre of the older
version... in Coke Studio when a singer perform... it has to be better than
the original ones... this stage is meant for the mediocre performers... and
for ur more info Honey Singh and Gurdas Mann are poles apart... we are
disliking it cuz it's a honey singh type attempt...both (honey and this
song) are trying to kill our established culture...

bai ji mein v punjab to he haan ..dont teach me abt punjabi culture
..gurdas mann doesnt owe 'challa'..its a folk song and any1 can come up
with their own version .atleast they've guts to do something new.and can u
plz kindly explain how this song is degrading punjabi culture?theres
problem wid todays punjabi youth they will appreciate honey singh, miss
pooja and god knows wat not crap..but if some one try to revive punjabi
folk music they have a problem..Even gurdas mann will like this song
