sharda,but a voice we can recognise in millions ! This song assures about

This was the last song of the duo, Shankar Jaikishan recorded in 1971. Right after this song, Jaikishan passed away. What a waste of a song filmed on Kabir Bedi and Simi. And was it necessary to have Sharda's bothersome humming in it?

@spsyed So true. I was born 8 years after his death and I am a big fan as I am sure are countless others. His voice has left such a legacy that it continues to charm billions even after his death.

been 30 years since Rafisaheb left us. I thought that, with time, his death
would become easier for me to cope with. Its the contrary. This man still
lives very solidly in my heart. I miss him more and more.

what can be said about the glory of sunshine and voice of Md. Rafi sahab, i think many comments below have beautifully expressed it so i wouldn't go any further, but yes one thing i wud like to say ... never saw kabir in that looks, he was really very handsum and explains why so many beautiful women of yesteryears fell for him, i think he was more handum than most of the hollywood actors of his times ...

i was 16 when i first heard this song and since last 16 years i listen this

starts, i feel some thing penetrating in my heart and it starts bleeding.
