Comments on song "Jab Jab Bahaar Aaye Aur Phul Muskuraye"
Violetthusha on March 15, 2011 A very nice song. Thanks for uploading it.
yuanyuanyuanyin on March 15, 2011 - You are most welcome, my dear friend.
I kindly request you [and all friends] to read what is written in the Description Section.
Thank you.
Bharat Gul on March 15, 2011 A most unusual combination of five singers in one clip, projecting tender
feelings involving family members. Very affecting performance by singers
and actors alike. Having someone sing at a piano or with a violin
surrounded by family and friends in a living room or in a large hall was a
scene beaten to death by repetition in old Indian movies. It became a most
unimaginative cliche, yet it produced some of the most beautiful songs.
This is one of them. Thanks, Yuan.
yuanyuanyuanyin on March 15, 2011 - You are most welcome, my dear friend and thank you for the nice comment.
I was not lucky enough to watch this movie and when posting the video, I was looking for a clue to the "circumstances" that lead to these 3 songs and luckily I found the Blog I mentioned in the Description Section above.
Thank you.
June G on March 15, 2011 Great song thanks for posting
Surjeet Singh on March 15, 2011 thanx for the unique song posting and the valuable description and thanx to
blog "atul"s song a day too.
pionyt on March 15, 2011 My god ! I never heard Rafi Saab's version of this song ... This is so
soothing I feel like crying :( ... Thanks Yuan, you don't know how many
gifts you give to people everyday ... Thanks a lot for this experience .
yuanyuanyuanyin on March 15, 2011 - You are most welcome, my dear friend and thank YOU for your extremely kind words towards my humble channel.
With regard to this song, I thought the other way around, I mean I thought Rafi Sahab's song is THE popular one over there in the subcontinent.
In Sri Lanka, people are only aware of Rafi Sahab's song, mainly due to not showing the film here, I believe.
Thank you.
Violetthusha on March 15, 2011 Thanks, I read the description.
RAFI MURTY on March 15, 2011 FANTASTIC UPLOAD. SAME SONG. DIFFERENT SINGERS. RAFI SAHAB NEVERTHELESS
SCORES OVER ALL OTHERS. LATA, USHA, MAHENDRA KAPOOR TOO SHINE IN THE SONG.
THANKS A MILLION FOR THIS UPLOAD.
yuanyuanyuanyin on March 15, 2011 - Thank you my dear friend for the nice comment and also thank you for the story line at the posting of "Crying For Mother - Amma Amma - Bahut Din Huwe... [1954] Lata's Both Versions".
Actually, I wanted to thank you then and there but if i did, the "sequence" will break and 2 comments will be in separate places. That is how YT work.
I wanted both comments together, one over the other, for others to read easily.
So I did not write there.
Thank you very much and may God bless you.
pionyt on March 16, 2011 @Yuan Yes, here in India Lata ji's versions of any song becomes more
popular than any other version. Of course, Lata ji deserves that as well,
but Rafi Sahab's style is his own and he is no less... both are the best
singers Indian Film industry has ever seen. For me, I used to hear it with
my family when I understood the individual words, but wasn't mature enough
to understand the feeling behind it. Now I do, and it's amazing :(. I will
write the translation here soon.Thanks!
yuanyuanyuanyin on March 16, 2011 - My dear friend Jemal, thank you for your extremely kind words.
I thought of doing this for a long time since the song is one of the best and also the SINGERS too are some of the best in the WHOLE WORLD, specially when Rafi, Lata and Mahendra too are involved!
Making a videos like this is time consuming but worth it. You can see it by those valuable comments by our dear friends.
Thank you.
pionyt on March 17, 2011 As promised, here's my translation for my non Hindi speaking friends. We
know translation kills beauty of words, but still... Part 1 Jab jab bahaar
aayi, aur phool muskuraaye whenever spring arrived, and flowers smiled
mujhe tum yaad aaye, mujhe tum yaad aaye I was reminded of you, I was
reminded of you.. Jab jab bhi chaand nikla, aur taare jagmagaye whenever
moon peeked through the clouds, and stars shimmered mujhe tum yaad
aaye, mujhe tum yaad aaye I was reminded of you,I was reminded of you.
pionyt on March 17, 2011 Part 2 Apna koi taraana maine nahi banaaya, I never created any music of my
own... tumne mere laboN pe har ek sur sajaaya it was you who adorned my
lips with your tunes! jab jab mere taraane, duniya ne gungunaaye whenever
my songs were sung by the world mujhe tum yaad aaye... I was reminded of
you... Ek pyar aur wafaa ki, tasveer maanta hooN For me you are a living
image of love and faith tasveer kya tumhe maiN takdeer maanta hooN not just
that image, for me you are the destiny..
pionyt on March 17, 2011 Part 3: Dekhi nazar meiN khushiyaaN , ya dekhe gham ke saaye, whenver I saw
happiness in someone's eyes, or saw pain in them ... Mujhe tum yaad aaye
... mujhe tum yaad aaye ... I was reminded of you, I was reminded of you
... Mumkin hai zindgaani, kar jaaye bewafaai, It is possible that life
deceives us, Lekin ye pyar wo hai jisme nahi judaai, but this love is one
which has no separatation
pionyt on March 17, 2011 Part 4 (Last part): Is pyar ke fasaane, jab jab zubaaN pe aaye, whenver the
stories of our love were narrated by people ... Mujhe tum yaad aaye, mujhe
tum yaad aaye ... I was reminded of you ... I was reminded of you ... ! :(
yuanyuanyuanyin on March 17, 2011 - Thank you my dear friend for the translation of this song specially for the benefit of non Hindi speaking friends, including me too. LOL
I will not "disturb" the 4 parts of the translation by writing "thank you" there, since then the sequence [ one over the other] will break. That is how YT work, by the way.
Thank you again for taking your precious time to do this admirable work and I am sure many friends will thank you for the pain you have taken..
May God bless you.
RealMusicKing on March 21, 2011 Hello Yuan and thank you. Bharat Bhushan was at his peak in 50's. He loved Rafi after Rafi gave his best to him in Baiju Bawra and Shabab. Bharat was so happy with Rafi, he bought him a new Buick car in 1954. Come 1960's, Bharat Bhushan was finished. He died in a rented apartment. Sad what show business does to some people.
Abdul Kadir on March 28, 2011 "As Spring returns and the flowers blossom,I am reminded of You..."
