You must either be out of your mind or have no music sense to be commenting on such a wonderful creation. Whenever Rafi sahab and SD Burman came togetjher, they created divinity. This song/ghazal is a perfect example of this combo's knowledge of music and mutual admiration for each other. Rafi sahab's diction and rendition of each and every word is an out of this world experience. Kishore da has also sung great songs for Dev, but what Rafi sahab did for Dev is just exceptional.

Fine, he was a LITTLE off-key sometimes, but are you as versatile as him? Can you pull off a "Dil Ka Bhanwar" and "Likhe Jo Khat Tujhe" like Rafi? I think not.
