Anil Biwas at his best in this movie. All songs perfect. Lata Bai was
fortunate to have great maestroes like Naushad, Anil Biswas, Ghulam Haider,
Ghulam Ali, Khemchad Prakash, Roshan and SD Burman that trained her voice
and created such immortal gems.

@shahidaly1 Everyone is entitled to his views. However it is too much to
say that Lata lost her charm as early as 1953/54. Even those who hate her
most would not say that. If that was the case the great music directors of
50s and 60s would not have given her work. I am sure they knew more about
music than us.

A beautiful song penned by Dina Nath Madhok.He clicked well with Anil
Biswas in few songs of Tarana. Indraneel Mukherji has made very perceptive
remarks when he commented on Lata's talent.Lata should listen to her old
songs and then pass judgement who helped her to learn nuances of music
rather than ignoring their contributions. Ghullam Haider, Sajjad, Anil
Biswas, S.D. Burman, Naushad,C. Ramachandra, Husnlal really worked hard
