only that starting portion is a copy...he used that uttishta portion for
the freshness of the song also its in same raga(morning raga).all other

Looking at the songs..it appears the producers did a mistake by not releasing the movie..it might not have been a blockbuster, but at least it would have recovered the investment

the tamil original - margazhi poove from the movie may madham - is a class
apart. in this hindi version they have made words fit into the tune. i feel
several of rahman's tamil originals fare way better than their hindi
counterparts.
