critically it was one of the best, but commercially it failed...co-incidently it even won national award...but i love this movie.infact i love all rajkumar santoshi movies...he is also a underrated director

i reallly liked it too... i have the dvd.
I remember a couple bhagat singh movies came out at once so that might have hurt the amount of revenue this movie could have gathered.

Punjabi tradition or culture.he never supported his religion..in fact
he supported and admired all the religions... am glad this movie is
produced.we Should be proud for this film... and as well as
director..doesn't matter whomever acts.the person is acting..that's

misconception tht bhagat singh was a marxist,, but trust me ppl he wasn't..

Their souls will always be immortal.The irony is rightly stated at the end
of this film that till date India suffers from all of that problems,the
most heinous one exploitation.And guess who's the worst sufferer we the
people of East India.Our factories close down ,labourers starve to
death,and when we say something they say ur leaders are bad,u don't have
