Comments on song "Meri Pyari Bindu"
nitsybitsyspider on May 25, 2009 this song never fails to make me smile :)
qiron on May 30, 2009 'Danny Kaye' of India as Lata Mangeshkar liked to call him. Indeed, a very
graceful and multi-talented personality, who always gave a 100% to whatever
he did. May his soul RIP.
msubrata100 on June 10, 2009 da indicates elder brother in Bengali (not in Hindi). That's why he was known in the industry as Kishore da
jayasambasivam on June 18, 2009 Sorry to barge in ..but the correct name of the form is "Baaul" not
"Kirtan" ...which is still there but its now restricted within village
boundaries of West bengal but certain regional singers (like Nochiketa)is
trying to bring it back but with new face of music.
jayasambasivam on June 18, 2009 Pls feel free to correct me ..if wrong..
jsdivine on June 22, 2009 Only smile? You must be under restrictions. I laugh out loud everytime I see, and i have seen this twenty times since 1969 when it was first released. I remember my cheeks were hurting from continuous laughing. I couldn't hear the dialogues at the end when Sunil Dutt pretends he is dead. That is how hard everyone was laughing.
satyampathak27 on July 01, 2009 my favorite
AKM4UDEAR on July 10, 2009 Listen & Enjoyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy
smodass on July 11, 2009 Totally agree. We saw this on the first Saturday after it was released at
Navrang cinema. I remember the audience laughing so loud througout the
movie. Mehmood has done great service to people thru his movie. May his
Atma be at peace.

raj1905 on July 30, 2009 it was supposed to be a dialogue scene instead of a song...then kishore da
suggested the scene to be a song .i personally love the naivete of this
song...and goes without saying that kishore da is genius :)

arup kanti Das on August 25, 2009 Really Raj? I didn't know about it(that Kishoreda suggested to make it a
song scene). Anyway at the end of the song the Kirtan singing of Kishoreda
proves he could sing anything. He was incredible. Salute.

qiron on September 22, 2009 After watching this umpteen times I just realized, all the actors in this
song are now passed on. What a memorable performance they all left behind
for us to enjoy after they are long gone.
VABBKDFW on September 22, 2009 Mere Prem ki naiyan beech bhanvarn mein Goud goud gote khaye Bindureeeeee

shumo1000 on December 01, 2009 TOOO funny...hahahha...lolzz
Vikram Eda on December 06, 2009 It seems to me that Kishore was the real hero of the movie.
FanMusicIndian on December 10, 2009 What a classic comedy. This movie and songs make me laugh each time I
watch. Most of the people on the video are no more but were great
entertainers.
rockylips55 on January 21, 2010 hadn't u really done it mistakenly..?-sachin
Anand Shankar on January 23, 2010 Kishore Kumar... one of the finest actors.. forever! :)
crazyangel987 on January 24, 2010 I'd love it if someone sang this to me hahaha
bunnybunnybuggs on January 27, 2010 hmm, i'd love to sing it for someone.
so, what's the deal?
radhakrishnan98 on January 30, 2010 Kishore Da ! Watcing him dwarf all the other artists...actors, singers,
music directors and the whole lot, single - handed is ecstasy !
Uttam Padukone on February 07, 2010 can someone post the scene in "Koi Paththar se na maare mere deewane ko"
which is the first time that one sees Kishore Kumar in Padosan?
VISHUDDHATMA on February 21, 2010 It will take a long time for Bollywood to make a comedy that will surpass
this classic. Bheja Fry is the new age version, but a far distant second.
heytambun on March 12, 2010 does anyone have the full translation of this song?..10/5
00sarkar00 on March 22, 2010 great Kishore Kumar... his performances are highly entertaining... watch the movements of his head and hands...
rinkichamkar on March 23, 2010 Bheja Fry was a scene-to-scene, dialog-by-dalog copy of the French movie ->
Le dîner de cons (The Dinner game). Nobody can match the genius of the
Indian comics of yore.
rinkichamkar on March 23, 2010 Look at Kishore at Kishore from 1:35 to 2:10. He is acting, dancing,
singing and pretty much dominates the scene. Not to mention providing
playback. Except maybe Amitabh (and very rarely at that), I cannot think of
any artiste who could have or can pull it off.
schuliger on April 01, 2010 @privatezib Cool that someone else noticed that too. B-Town can be very clever about sneaking in stuff that is traditionally taboo in Indian culture. In this song, the lyrics often throw people off the ongoing subtext.
balacandra on April 13, 2010 hat's off to kishore da, such a lovely song, he made the word bhaangdoo
universal
this song never fails to make me smile :)
