As history goes, this was just a simple dialogue based scene, but Kishore Da impromptu convered this to a musical scene. Initially when HMV released the audio, this was not in that, but due to immense public demand after movie release, HMV released another audio with this as a song!

scene-by-scene, dialog-by-dialog copy of the French movie - "Le dîner de
cons" (The Dinner Game). So, though I liked the movie immensely, Bheja Fry
is a very, very distant second . if you want to even consider it for
comparison to "Padosan".
