Hello Yuan and thank you. A very rare Madan Mohan composition. Touchy, painful and full of sorrow. Madan Mohan composed in no film for Dilip Kumar. Two films for Raj Kapoor, Ashiana 1952 and Dhoon 1953. He composed in three films for Dev Anand. Pocketmaar 1956, Sharabi 1964 and Maharaja 1977(released after Madan's death in 1975). All three had excellent melodies. Sadly, all three were flops.

I do agree that there was only one Mohd.Rafi and one Madan Mohan in this world but I would suggest you to listen to one Sanjeev Ramabhadran who sang this very song to the fullest perfection and I am sure you too would like it. God bless him too.

Hearing it 26th time in row (on repeat), still not full of it. Still trying
to understand Rafi saab's magic and how he used to do it. It looks such a
