In my opinion , there is no any cause to distribute rice to poor people
@1/- per kg. It can be free. Govt. has been provided IAY House , hostel
with free kitchen 4 st,sc student, Pension 4 poor, disable & old age, free
electricity and many more to the poor people. But in case of contractual
employ who are directly working 4 poor people they are getting low salary
even a labour getting more than them. So how MLAs & mp getting more than
60000/- pm.
