Its Hemant Mukherjee(or Hemant Kumar-as known in Bollywood)'s voice.The name of the movie is I think Anand Math, the same name of Bankim's book from which the song is.

Know your facts that there were Nepalis in North Bengal from time

You forget "Bahlika" which is in modern day Persia.! The king of Bahlika
was Bhishma's paternal uncle. Also from Bahlika was the Yadava warrior
Bhurisravas who was killed by Satyaki.

Listen to the haunting voice of Hemant Kumar echoing Lata's in the
distance...Magnificent! Also listen to Hemant sahab's version which I find
