grow up Dy and respect the fact that Z threw a no hitter.. i swear, isnt
there one small ounce of gratitude for zambrano for reaching such a rare
feat? and yea, zambrano is a roid rager yet never been tested positive,

Has to be such an insult to the brewers to have 24,000 cubs fan at miller

actually the cubs do have a past, maybe not a large WS past like some teams
out there. i dont need to reiterate what the cubs have done in the past,
its all obvious.. and no, its not "nothing" either, theyve done more then
you can fathom. lol reality, wow, yea lets live in reality shall we. cubs
are in 1st place with a commanding lead over the sloppy cards and brewers.
Z threw a no hitter to a hot team this month and you couldnt be anymore
blinder then a 99 yr old man! reality bites doesnt it!

Yeesh, amazing how many comments I obtained during that debacle with Dy. So
yea, in respect to those in here I won't further it; plain and simple. So
how bout them Cubbies!!! It's too bad Lily couldn't hold that no-no through
9 innings; but hey, nobody feel salty about that, just means the Cubs are
back on track and looking to be that dominating team they have been all
year.

missions and gathering intelligence.. huh.. thought they were just a team
of freedom fighters TO gather intelligence for the Israelian government;
didnt know they were apart of the rescuing bid. Some books that i read on
Avraham Arnan's creation of the GSRU contained statements on just
intelligence. Are the rescue missions a new found practice for this defence
force or has it been goin on since its creation in 1957?

we'll see what happens come post season. the cubs have had a bad start to
september then won 6 of 7. they pulled from behind today in dramatic
fashion so that alone should start ringing some bells. the cubs this year
arent owned by one guy this time, its not Soriano's or Lee's ball club, its
a team effort. the cubs finally have an anchor in their 6,7, and 8 batters
which has produced a slew of their teams total runs; a more hopeful bottom
order then what they had in 2003.

but yea to some ppl it does seem unlikely for the cubs to be WS material
only b/c you're used to the "lovable losers" theme or just losers in
general, but this year seems different in more then one way; the fact that
theyve kept their 1st place reign since mid may and never had to worry
about it; not even within their early september slump. they've had close
ball games, only gotten swept 3 times this year and you have to admit, even
for the cubs that's astounding! post season will be interesting

wouldnt count the brewers out just yet man, there are still a few games
left and their trail in the WC is only 1.5 games; anything can happen..
after the cardinals' series, the cubs have 4 games with the Mets.. and this
isnt just a puny 4 game set, its more-less "can the mets hold onto 1st in
the WC or will they choke and give it up to either milwaukee, florida or
houston". if the cubs win at least 3/4 and milwaukee wins at least 2during
that time, we could very well see em in the post season
